Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS)

Investigation

Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims on behalf of purchasers of Goldman Sachs Group Inc

("Goldman Sachs" or "the Company") (NYSE: GS).  The investigation concerns whether Goldman Sachs and certain of its officers and/or directors have violated federal securities laws.

On October 26, 2020, Reuters published a report that a lawsuit filed on Monday in New York State Supreme Court alleged that Goldman Sachs “attempted to cover up allegations of workplace sexual misconduct by the bank's global head of litigation.” The report continued to state that the lawsuit also alleged that Goldman Sachs hired a law firm to conduct an investigation with the intention to quickly "sweep it under the rug.” Following this news, Goldman Sachs stock dropped.
