What We Offer

Peretz Bronstein, the firm's founder, has over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation and corporate transactional work, and he brings his clients broad experience in legal and practical business advice. After graduating from Harvard Law School, Peretz worked for eight years at the prestigious firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. There, he gained knowledge and experience that has been invaluable to his current practice.
