Peretz Bronstein, founding partner, focuses on corporate and securities litigation, as well as corporate transactional work. After graduating Harvard College and Harvard Law School, Peretz gained eight years of experience as a litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. He brings big-firm quality to our clients in a personalized and friendly manner. He also has extensive experience representing high-tech startups as general corporate counsel. Peretz became a member of the New York bar in 1986.
